Our Baby Nests are not sleep products. They are lovingly designed for comfort, play, bonding, and supervised rest while your baby is awake. They are not made or intended for naps, co-sleeping, or any form of unsupervised or supervised sleep.

At Bubnest, we consciously curate every stitch, fibre and material used across our entire range of products. We exclusively use certified organic cottons for any surface that comes into contact with baby’s skin, and all other components are made from organic or recycled fibres. Please see the specific materials listed on each product page.

Organic cotton is grown without pesticides, herbicides, or toxic chemicals. It’s safer for bub, gentler on skin, and better for the environment.

Yes, our cotton fabrics are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, which means they’re produced under strict environmental and social criteria.

We accept returns on unused, unwashed products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at bubmail@bubnest.com.au to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer returns on clearance items and discounted items.

Yes, we’re happy to help with exchanges as long as the product is in new condition and within the 14-day return period. Please contact us at bubmail@bubnest.com.au to arrange an exchange. Please note we do not offer exchanges on clearance items and discounted items.

For a change of mind return or exchange, the postage fees are covered by the customer. However, if the product is deemed faulty Bubnest will cover the return and replacement postage fees.

Yes — all our fabric covers can be easily removed and machine-washed. Please follow the care label on each product.

We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with mild, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and fabric softeners.

We suggest air-drying whenever possible to preserve fabric quality and reduce environmental impact. If using a dryer, use a low heat setting.

Inserts should be spot-cleaned and aired regularly but not machine-washed, as this may damage the filling.

Our fabrics are pre-washed to reduce shrinkage, but we still recommend washing in cold or lukewarm water.

No not suitable for the harsh chemicals used in dry cleaning processes.
